What countries glasses can be shipped to?

We ship locally within United States and Canada.

We ship internationally to Europe, Australia, certain Asian and Arab countries.

When you add item to shopping cart, you can instantly see the countries list with respective shipping fees.

If your country is not on the list, please e-mail us. If we can ship to your country we will add it to the list.

Do you ship to P.O Box?


What if I am not home to receive my order?

If you are away from home, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox instructing you to go pick up the order from the post office.

Do I need to pay duties or import tax?

There could be duties to outside of United States and Canada. Please verify with your national postal service. All packages are marked as eyeglasses and many countries don't charge duties and tax on glasses.

What if my order did not arrive?

Once your order is shipped we will e-mail you a tracking number. You will be able to see where is the package. If the package is stuck at customs, please notiy us and we will be able to call the shipper to open the investigation ticket.

If the order shows arrived but you didn't receive it, please notify us. We will open the ticket with the shipper to investigate the matter.

Please be aware that we will not send you replacement glasses, nor issue a refund until we have official response from the shipper that your package is lost. In this case shipper will refund us for your order and will be able to send you new glasses accordingly. Most often when item is declared lost, it is promptly found by the shipper at customs or local post office.
