Ordering Questions

1. Where is the order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Canada by Canada Post. International orders are shipped by Canada Post and delivered by national postal service. In USA, delivery is by USPS. In UK delivery is by Royal Mail. 

2. How long does it take to ship my order?

All glasses frames and sunglasses generally ship within 1 week. Most of glasses frames and sunglasses ship within 14 days.

Prescription lenses orders take 2 extra days to process.

3. How can I find status of my order?

You can login to Your Account to see the order status. Order will show Processing after you have placed an order until it is shipped.

You can also see copy of all e-mails that we send you and send us messages related to the order as well

4. How can I see if my payment went though?

Payment was successful if the order was created and you received automatic order confirmation message. Until order is filled and shipped to you payment will show as Pending or Pre-Authorized in your online banking.

5. Until when can I change my mind about my order?

You can change your mind until order is shipped to you. In many cases $20 restocking fee will apply. Please e-mail us as soon as possible.

Once order is shipped, you would need to receive it and ship back to us as a return or exchange.

7. Do you sell authentic brand name products?

Yes, all our glasses are certified authentic. We deal directly with official dealers and do not resell from other optical stores.

8. Does Pop Eye Optical sell discontinued glasses models?

Yes, if your glasses are still available from the dealer we can sell them to you. Discontinued glasses are final sale and can not be returned.
